Race Street Condominiums

LED has designed an eleven-story apartment building in the heart of Philadelphia's Old City District. The structure includes subterranean automated parking, ground floor retail and a variety of apartment layouts on the upper floors. The bulk of the 65,000 sf building is designed to integrate comfortably into the existing neighborhood fabric, allowing urban design considerations to influence architectural decisions without compromising the architectural solution. The result is a modern structure that is at home in its historic setting.
