LED's ongoing proposal for a new Artist in Residence building located on the site of the existing Mana Contemporary in Jersey City, NJ. The masterplan by LED includes a hybrid CLT / concrete structure connected to one of the existing art studio buildings on site. The building serves as a gateway to the existing art complex and is intended to serve visiting artist, art collectors and draw art enthusiasts to the revitalized Jersey City venue.
