LED is designing a new residential compound located on a sloping 20-acre wooded site along the banks of the Pier Branch creek near Austin, Texas. The program includes a main residence with a master suite and children's wing, a separate guest house, swimming pool and will incorporate rainwater harvesting, solar power as well as ground-source heating and cooling systems to help reduce the clients' reliance on fossil fuel and municipal services.
