Detroit Goldener (Ongoing)

Image 1 of 11

The cost effective mixed-use development reclaims three empty lots on a prominent corner near Detroit's Corktown. Pre-engineered structures and a palette of industrial finishes reflect on Detroit's past, while pointing the way forward by creating affordable housing at relatively high density. A pair of commercial spaces with apartments above face the busier Michigan Avenue, augmenting the 6 residential units, scaled to fit in to the existing fabric of one-family houses on the side street.
